General Contracting
We have considerable experience as general contractors in residential, commercial, industrial and agricultural sectors. We are responsible for providing all of the material, labor, equipment (such as engineering, vehicles & tools) and services necessary for the construction of the project. We hire specialized subcontractors to perform all or portions of the construction work. Responsibilities may include applying for building permits, securing the property, providing temporary utilities on site, managing personnel on site, providing site surveying and engineering, disposing or recycling of construction waste, monitoring schedules and cash flows, and maintaining accurate records.
Construction Project Management
In construction project management, we are responsible for the overall planning, coordination, and control of a project from beginning to completion. This service is aimed at meeting our client's requirements in order to produce a viable project both functionally and financially in the residential, commercial, industrial and agricultural sectors. As construction managers, we hold the same responsibilities and complete the same processes in each sector. This may include managing different types of equipment, materials, subcontractors, and locations.
Custom Projects
From new custom homes to unique store fronts, we are well known and have a strong reputation for top quality custom projects. You can even breathe new life into tired living spaces with home renovation projects that are easier on the pocketbook but add real value to a home.
Legalett Heated Floor System
We are professional, certified & trained, Legalett heated floor system installers. The Legalett air-heated floor and foundation can be used in all types of buildings. A closed loop pipe system is cast in place and forms both the foundation and the heating system, both individually designed for each building.

Ray-Jans Construction is owned by Ray Brunet and Gary Jans. They are supported by a dedicated and experienced crew of tradespeople.
The company is a licensed Tarion builder of residential homes, in addition to being an experienced general contractor for office, commerical, industrial and agricultural buildings.
Ray Brunet
Ray is the Chief Project Manager of all on-site projects for Ray-Jans Construction and Ray-Jans Windows & Doors. A drywaller by trade, and in demand for his creative and artistic input to design projects, Ray excels at making order and efficiency out of the chaos of most building sites. Ray oversees all project managers and site foremen to ensure projects are being run smoothly and efficiently.
Gary Jans
Gary is the Chief Office Manager for Ray-Jans Construction and Ray-Jans Windows and Doors. He oversees strategic and tactical matters as well as future development for both companies. Gary works to ensure competitive bidding on a multitude of projects. A brick-layer by trade, Gary is equally comfortable on a job site or in the office.
Ray-Jans is fully insured and strives to maintain the utmost level of safety standards and training qualifications for its employees. The company is a member of the following organizations:
